Antony Yip, Chairman
Mr. Yip is a serial entrepreneur who started his first Internet company at the age of 17. Since then, he has founded several tech companies including MyRice.com and Menue (#1 Japanese manga publisher on mobile) and successfully exited with high returns for their founders and investors.
Joe Liew, Senior Managing Director
Joe has been a highly ranked APAC equity analyst for over 20 years covering a variety of sectors, and later on managing a team of close to 100 analysts in the region for Deutsche Bank. Subsequently, Joe was a Managing Director at Mirae Asset Securities (HK) where he set up a team that advised investors on alternative investments which included private equity, digital assets, funds and private debt.
Florian Ehrbar, Executive Director
Florian Ehrbar is the Managing Director of HKBC, a private investment entity based in Australia dealing with live stock such as race horses and is transitioning the business from traditional markets into web3, overseeing the FO’s thoroughbred investments from a web3 perspective. Furthermore, he is involved in several significant web3 direct investments and has extensive experience overseeing projects across the web3 gaming, trading and DeFi spaces.
Florian is also the Head of Trust and Safety at Riley Cillian overlooking compliance, risk, and user experience.
Kelly Yip, Vice President
Kelly has extensive experience in managing her family office’s LP investments in more than 10 Venture Capitals & Private Equity Funds globally. She negotiates co investment deals with various funds and attended LP meetings in NYC, London, Marbella and Hong Kong etc.
She worked in Venture Capital funds in Shanghai & NYC and have launched several Tech J.V. globally. She is graduating from Wharton.
Pong Yip, Senior Advisor
Mr. Yip has served executive positions over a 40 year career (Ex Chairman of AOL China, Ex Chairman of Gartner Group Asia). He co-authored a book with Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji, spoken at UN conferences and received the Wharton Asian Alumni Award.
Dr. C.K Wong, Senior Advisor
Dr. Wong is the founder of the iASPEC Technologies Group, which operates a number of software companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the US since 1998.
Dr. Wong obtained his Ph.D degree in Mathematics from the University in California, Berkeley.
Nicolas Husson, Senior Advisor
Nicolas Husson is the Managing Director of DP88 Hong Kong, a private family-office based in Hong Kong, overseeing the FO’s venture capital and PE fund investments.
Nicolas is also VP Finance of Riley Cillian overlooking payments, finance, capital markets, compliance, product and user acquisition.
Ethan Yip, Analyst
Mr. Ethan Yip is Chairman of London Property Asia Ltd as well as the Chairman and CEO of BY88. Ethan sits on the board of his family office’s Investment Committee whilst managing the family office’s residential property portfolio in London and Hong Kong. He is also in charge of the residential redevelopment project in Hamilton, New Zealand
