Mr. Yip is a serial entrepreneur who started his first Internet company at the age of 17. Since then, he has founded several tech companies including MyRice.com and Menue (#1 Japanese manga publisher on mobile) and successfully exited with high returns for their founders and investors.
Joe Liew, Senior Managing Director
Joe has been a highly ranked APAC equity analyst for over 20 years covering a variety of sectors, and later on managing a team of close to 100 analysts in the region for Deutsche Bank. Subsequently, Joe was a Managing Director at Mirae Asset Securities (HK) where he set up a team that advised investors on alternative investments which included private equity, digital assets, funds and private debt.
Florian Ehrbar, Managing Director
Florian is a web3 and start-up veteran with more than a decade of experience working with tech companies focusing on corporate strategy, financing and scalability.
Pong Yip, Senior Advisor
Mr. Yip is a successful serial entrepreneur and founding CEO of 3 IPOs (2 Nasdaq and 1 HKEX). His family office is a venture capital & private equity arm investing in strategic industry & technology in USA, EU, UK and Asia.
Dr. C.K Wong, Senior Advisor
Dr. Wong is the founder of the iASPEC Technologies Group, which operates a number of software companies in Hong Kong, Mainland China and the US since 1998.
Dr. Wong obtained his Ph.D degree in Mathematics from the University in California, Berkeley.
Nicolas Husson, Senior Advisor
Nicolas Husson is the Managing Director of DP88 Hong Kong, a private family-office based in Hong Kong, overseeing the FO’s venture capital and PE fund investments.
Nicolas is also VP Finance of Riley Cillian overlooking payments, finance, capital markets, compliance, product and user acquisition.
Clara Lau, Group Financial Controller
She has been working with Yip’s family offices for over 20 years and managing all investment portfolios in various assets classes as well as compliance & global tax reporting and its global advisory & consulting businesses.
Kelly Yip, Vice President
Kelly has extensive experience in managing her family office’s LP investments in more than 10 Venture Capitals & Private Equity Funds globally. She negotiates co investment deals with various funds and attended LP meetings in NYC, London, Marbella and Hong Kong etc.
She has graduated from Wharton and has worked in Venture Capital firms such as Greycroft Ventures in NYC and EGP Partners in Shanghai. She has launched several Tech. J. V.
Ethan Yip, Analyst
Mr. Ethan Yip is Chairman of London Property Asia Ltd as well as the Chairman and CEO of BY88. Ethan sits on the board of his family office’s Investment Committee whilst managing the family office’s residential property portfolio in London and Hong Kong. He is also in charge of the residential redevelopment project in Hamilton, New Zealand
